LISA LIVES HER PASSION FOR OUR MISSION BUY MENTORING APPRENTICES, GUIDING OUR FRAGRANCE DEVELOPMENT, AND SHARING OUR STORY WITH HER CONNECTIONS ACROSS THE INDUSTRY.

Lisa has over 25 years of experience with design, development, marketing, analysis and sales of fine fragrance, home fragrance, personal care, and natural fragrance. She trained with master perfumers to hone her fragrance assessment and creative skills. With her uniquely strategic approach to fragrance development, Lisa collaborated with Bijan, Gap, The Disney Store, Yankee Candle Company, Method, Gump’s, Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn and others to create many commercially successful, award-winning scents. Among the many projects she works with, she’s also an entrepreneur, running Scent&Strategy, her fragrance consulting company.

It is because of Lisa’s experience and respect within the fragrance industry that we have been able to work with renowned fragrance houses to create the world class fragrances that you enjoy in each of our candles.

But Lisa’s contributions don’t stop there. Like us, she is passionate about opening doors and empowering women who’ve experienced incarceration and she provides professional mentorship to our apprentices as they complete their apprenticeships and lay the building blocks to achieve their dreams.

Lisa Wilson has gifted her talent and time to Labyrinth Made Goods as our fragrance designer since we began work to develop our first soy candle in 2019.
